Defining it will allow you to easily understand what these people are like, what they do, how they can access your content, and more.

A  perfectly, you will be able to identify which stage of the Buyer Journey (discovery, consideration or decision) they are in and implement actions accordingly.

For example, if you are in the discovery stage , you will need to create content such as guides, tutorials, eBooks and articles.
