Few people beat me in being disciplined. I have no problem with working hard for years. Saying that vacations and weekends are for lazy people is going too far.

For years during my start-up days I didn’t take vacations because I assumed it was a luxury I couldn’t afford. I got to a point where I was really stay consistent in your messaging burned out and didn’t want to get up in the morning. You have to take your breaks. It’s not a bad thing, but quite the opposite. It’s essential like drinking, eating and breathing. Even a long time later I felt bad every time I wasn’t working.
Today I can finally enjoy mine. I recommend you do the same.
Recurring meetings with the team
I have a young team with little experience vietnam data in many areas. My point of view sometimes helps to unravel complex tasks more quickly. I also contribute in terms of fine-tuning priorities so that we can work harder on the really important issues.
